Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tripluka — the admin panel, hosted storefronts, and related services (the "Service"). By registering for an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tripluka provides booking software for tour and travel operators: a hosted storefront website and an admin panel to manage packages, bookings, enquiries, payments, and staff, according to the subscription plan you choose (Starter, Growth, or Pro).

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by staff accounts you create. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

• Starter is billed monthly, Growth every 6 months, and Pro annually, at the price shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
• You may upgrade between plans at any time; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of a third party
• Upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Sell, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Misrepresent packages, pricing, or availability to end customers in a fraudulent manner

6. Your Content & Customer Data

You retain ownership of the packages, itineraries, branding, and customer/booking data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that data solely to operate and support the Service on your behalf. You're responsible for having the right to use and store any content or customer data you upload.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including the admin panel software, storefront themes, and the tripluka name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you, except the white-label rights included with the Pro plan for your own storefront presentation.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Certain features (WhatsApp API integration, payment gateway integration) rely on third-party services. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

9. Service Availability & Support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times and provide support according to your plan (email support on Starter, priority email on Growth, priority support with onboarding on Pro, and 24x7 support across all plans). We may occasionally need to perform maintenance that briefly affects availability, and will aim to minimize disruption.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tripluka is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, including failure to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice in the admin panel before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
