Requesting your own domain and other custom changes

A single tracked place to ask the Tripluka team for anything the admin panel doesn’t let you do yourself yet — starting with a custom domain.

What Change Requests is for

Some changes need a person on our side rather than a self-serve toggle — connecting your own domain, a one-off design tweak, or a feature request. Change Requests, under Account in the sidebar, is where those go, and every request is tracked with a status and priority so nothing gets lost in email.

Submitting a request

Click "New Request" (or "Add your own domain" from the top bar, for a domain specifically).
Describe what you need in plain language and set a priority.
Submit — you’ll see it appear in the list with status Open.

Tracking a request to resolution

A request can also carry a Quote once our team has priced out work involved (visible in the Quote column of the list) — the status column shows where it stands as it moves toward being resolved.
