Building a package by hand: every editor tab explained

A package is a sellable trip on your storefront — the thing a customer actually books. Click "Create Package" from the Packages list to start one, or open any existing package to edit it. Every package is split into six tabs, each covering one part of what a customer sees on the package page.

Export CSV sits above the table, and the brochure column links straight to a package’s PDF once one has been generated.
The "Export CSV" button respects whatever status, category or search filter you currently have applied — useful for handing a filtered slice of your catalog to someone outside the admin panel.

Details & SEO

This is where the package starts: title, category, status (draft vs. published — only published packages are visible on your storefront), a short description shown on listing cards, and a full rich-text description with its own formatting toolbar for the package page itself.

Status controls whether the package is visible on the storefront — leave it as draft while you finish the other tabs.

Images

Upload as many gallery images as the package needs, drag by the grip handle to reorder them, and mark one as the cover — the image used everywhere the package is listed, from the storefront homepage to category pages.

Itinerary

A day-by-day breakdown, each with its own title and description. This is what customers scroll through to understand what actually happens on each day of the trip, and it is reused as-is when you seed a quotation from this package.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Two separate lists — what is included in the price, and what is not. Add items one at a time; each becomes its own bullet on the storefront package page. Being explicit here (e.g. "3 nights stay" and separately "Airfare/train fare" as an exclusion) cuts down on the "does this include X?" enquiries you’d otherwise get after publishing.

Destination

Link the package to one or more entries from your Destinations list. This is what powers the storefront’s "Explore by destination" navigation — see Adding destinations if the place isn’t in the list yet.

Every package has a "Generate Brochure" button in the top-right of its editor — a downloadable PDF built from whatever is already filled in across these tabs, so it is worth finishing Images and Itinerary before generating one.
