Filtering the report

The Reports page turns your Bookings table into a summary: pick a From and To date (or leave them blank for all time) and a status filter, then click Filter.

Revenue, Collected and Outstanding are three separate figures — Collected plus Outstanding always adds back up to Revenue.

The two stat rows

  • Bookings — Total, Confirmed and Cancelled counts for the selected range.
  • Revenue — the full booked value (Revenue), how much of it has actually been received (Collected), and the difference still owed (Outstanding).

Below the stat cards, Revenue by Month and Bookings by Status turn the same numbers into charts, so a trend across the year is visible without reading a table row by row.

Outstanding here is the same figure you’d get by summing Total minus Paid across every confirmed row in Bookings — the report is a read-only view over that same data, not a separate ledger.
