Turning an enquiry into a quote or a booking
From an enquiry, either build a quotation with the customer’s details already filled in, or record a booking straight away when they have said yes.

Open an enquiry. Two buttons at the top move it forward, depending on where the conversation is.
Create Quotation
Use this when the customer wants a price first. The quotation wizard opens with the customer name, contact details, travel date, traveller count and package already filled in, and the quote stays linked to the enquiry. See Building a quotation for the rest.
Convert to Booking
Use this when the customer has confirmed. The customer and package carry over. You only fill in what the enquiry could not know:
- Confirm or change the travel date.
- Check the adult, child and infant counts.
- Enter the total amount and anything already paid.
- Click "Convert to booking". The booking is created and the enquiry is marked Converted.
TipThe Convert button on each row of the Enquiries list opens the same form, so you can skip the detail page.
