Managing enquiries and converting them into bookings

Every lead from your storefront’s enquiry form lands here instantly. Here is how to work the list and convert a warm lead into a booking.

When a visitor fills in the enquiry form on your storefront, it appears instantly in the Enquiries list and triggers a notification in the bell icon at the top of every admin page — so a new lead never depends on you remembering to check a page.

The notification bell and the Enquiries list stay in sync — new leads show up in both places at once.

Working an enquiry

  • Filter the list by status to see only New enquiries, or switch to All to review the full history.
  • Click View to see the full enquiry — customer contact details, the package they asked about, and their preferred travel date.
  • Export the list to CSV if you need to hand it to someone outside the admin panel.

Converting to a booking

Once a lead confirms they want to go ahead, click Convert on their row. The customer’s details and the package they enquired about carry straight over — there is no re-typing a name, phone number or package that already exists in the enquiry. You only need to fill in what the enquiry couldn’t know yet:

  • Confirmed travel date
  • Traveller counts — adults, children and infants
  • Total booking amount
  • Amount already paid, if any

Submitting creates the booking and marks the enquiry Converted — see Recording and tracking bookings for what to do from there.

An enquiry that already has a quotation attached to it can’t be deleted, and a Converted enquiry drops out of the default list view — switch the status filter to "Converted" if you need to find one again.
