Notifications and keyboard shortcuts

The bell lists new enquiries as they arrive. Keyboard shortcuts jump between the main pages without touching the mouse.

Notifications

A red dot on the bell in the top bar means something new came in. Click the bell to see each new enquiry with the customer name, their message and how long ago it arrived. Click one to open that enquiry, or use "Mark all read" to clear the dot.

Each notification shows the start of the customer’s message.

Keyboard shortcuts

Press ? anywhere in the admin panel (outside a text box) to see the list. For the "Go to" shortcuts, press g, let go, then press the second key.

Good to knowShortcuts are switched off while your cursor is in a text field, so typing a "g" in a package title never moves you to another page.
