Your storefront domain: shared subdomain vs. a custom domain

What you get on day one

The moment your company account is created, Tripluka publishes a live storefront for it at a subdomain of tripluka.com — for example dhruvcsgo.tripluka.com. It already serves your packages, an enquiry form and online bookings. There is nothing to configure to get this; it exists from day one.

Moving to your own domain

When you are ready for a fully white-labeled address (yourbrand.com instead of yourbrand.tripluka.com), click "Add your own domain" in the top bar of any admin page. That opens a short request form — this is the same Change Requests flow covered in Requesting your own domain and other changes, since pointing a domain at your storefront involves DNS steps our team walks you through rather than a self-serve toggle.

1. Click "Add your own domain" in the top bar.
2. Submit the request with the domain name you already own (or plan to buy).
3. Our team replies with the DNS records to add at your domain registrar.
4. Once those records are in place and propagated, your storefront starts serving on your domain instead of the tripluka.com subdomain.
